I'd like to thank Tom Parker for his efforts in putting this debate on.
While it appear unlikely that Charles Boustany will participate in these debates and forums, I'd like to extend my thanks to Don Cravins, Jr. for his participation so far, along with his willingness to participate in all future debates and forums. While there is a clear difference between my own vision for America and the 7th District and that of Mr. Cravins, it is good to see that he also has isn't afraid to discuss these issues with you, the voters. Anyone can run a television or radio, or brochures etc. to try to convince you to vote for them.
When a candidate is afraid to debate in a friendly and unbiased environment, when he's afraid to be challenged by alternative candidates or have his agendas brought into question, you the voters are much less equipped to make sound voting decisions. If a candidate refuses to explain his previous actions or future intentions to you, should he be trusted for another two years? Only you can make that decision.
Please, take advantage of the above opportunities to find out what your candidates can really do for you and our nation.
Thank you for your support.
